The 3 R's
In today's labor market, recruiting is no longer a secondary function in our business. It is a clearly defined function that requires recruiting abilities from all our staff members. We believe in the "3 R's":
Recruit the best candidates,
Retain them by treating them with dignity and respect and giving them the training they need to do their jobs, and
Release their potential to produce, create, and excel.
Customer Service
An A.E.S. Service Representative will be assigned responsibility and accountability in meeting your personnel needs. All staff members are cross-trained to provide support and back up to the designated service representative. This ensures proper communication and that response times are met. Whether it is customizing invoices, offering on-site representation or conducting client specific orientations; we take pride in our ability to provide tailored services to our customers.

Compliance Guarantee
We guarantee that we adhere to federal, state and local laws relating to the employment of our personnel. As a member of the American Staffing Association and local chapters of Society Human Resource Management, we are consistently informed of ever changing laws. We pay our workers by check making all required payroll deductions. We also prepare, file and keep all necessary employment records. Our employees are covered by our comprehensive General Liability Fidelity Bond, Unemployment and Workers Compensation insurances.
How Can A.E.S., Inc. Be Your Staffing Solution?
Our employees can work for you for four hours, four days or for as many weeks as needed.
If you already found the employees but do not want to hassle with the burden of payroll and paperwork, we can take care of that for you.
The best part of using our employees is that we can offer them a "working interview." When our employees work for at least 90 days for you, you have the option to convert them to your payroll to fill any long-term position you may have. No conversion fee is required.
We can provide an A.E.S. Representative designated as an onsite coordinator at your business.
Sometimes work doesn't fit within the standard 8 - 5 schedule and emergencies can happen at any time. Our representatives can be reached 24 hours a day, 365 days of the year.
We bill based on the number of hours our employee works at your site. The rate depends on the work the employee is doing. All payroll related taxes and workers compensation insurance are figured into the bill rate. All invoices are due upon receipt.
We are prepared to fill an emergency job order. Our employees check in daily so we always have a list of people that are ready to go at any time.
A.E.S. is able to accurately test the skills of applicants using a variety of software packages. Our employees have a wide range of skills such as Word processing, data entry, reception and much more!
A.E.S. keeps many employees "on hand" that are qualified for various industrial jobs and are oriented on the basic rules of industrial safety. The employees we have "on hand" can perform a variety of positions like production, labor, or custodial.
We can assess electronic skills using tests developed by industry experts. We dispatch for such positions as electronic assembly, soldering, PCB inspection, technical support and troubleshooting, and reading/interpreting drawings and schematics.
Our skills don't end at general office. We have employees who can fill such professional positions as management, accounting, and sales just to name a few.
We also have employees who are trained in specific trades such as carpenters, welders, plumbers, and more.
